“Issues: 1. No trash can on the floor. Only hotel I’ve stayed in worldwide, where it’s no trash can on the floor or ice room. If you have food/trash in your room, you have to get in the elevator and drop it in the trash can outside, then get in elevator and come back up. 2. ..communication with the housekeeping staff is impossible, unless you know Spanish. 3. Internet is absolutely TRASH. You could get better Wi-Fi from a mobile internet hotspot sold at a gas station. If you are working, or doing anything that requires more then 10Mbps, look elsewhere! 4. The lady that worked 3 June at 9am with the black hair needs more training. She should be taken off the desk, until at least 6 months worth of customer service and knowing her job is completed. 5. They only have drinks downstairs for purchase. You won’t find a bag of candy or chips downstairs. They need to make the selection greater. Positive: Overall a good location and place besides for the above. I’d more definitely stay here again, if it wasn’t for the internet being TRASH! ”
