“You get what you pay for, unfortunately. While the room doesn’t have bedbugs, that’s the end of the positives. I booked two queens. What I got were two fulls, they charge an additional $50 at checking for incidentals, when then takes 3-5 days to refund. Checkin is painfully slow as they also don’t inform you that you need your plate number. Getting into the room we played a fun game of ‘rust or blood?’ in multiple areas. To top of off, the room we booked with two young children had a fridge full of beer leftover from the previous guest. The front desk didn’t seem to see the issue with that… ”
