“Yes would recommend for location and per friendly BUT the amenities were disappointing...water in shower was plugged and we need to request a maintenance work order, had to request hair dryer, the stove didn't heat up a pit of water for noddles to boil....the convenience of what we paid for wasn't up to par and became more work for us”

“I got two rooms here. I should at before hand that this is the best hotel I’ve stayed-in, in a long time. Rooms was very tidy, breakfast spread was good, parking lot felt safe. The mix-up was at check-in. I checked-in late afternoon and my friends checked-in passed midnight. Now both rooms, I’ve payed for already through here—Agoda ….but a couple of days later, my friend found out that her card that she used for deposit was also charged for a night of the room (which was already payed for.). A 15minutes phone call, and it was corrected by a note-manager. The money from my friend’s card was returned 48 hrs after i called.”

“I stayed just one night with my family (incl. 2 kids). It is located in a good place. And, I notably like its indoor swimming pool. I will stay there again when I visit Tahoe.”

“We booked this hotel because it was only 5mins away from where we would be frequenting for the night. Check in was very easy, the staff was friendly and when we got to our room, it smelled and looked very clean. One thing I really loved was that after my shower, I noticed there was no hairdryer in our room, so I called the front desk and the women (shorter, spunky Mexican lady, new to the area, originally from San Jose, whos name escapes me) brought one up to our room personally. This was a great landing spot for our mini vacay. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“We booked the room for 2 adult and 1 infant, but only provided 2 sets of towels. We asked for extra towel, but the cleaner staff still forgot :( breakfast is good, room is comfort and cozy. ”
