“Pleasant stay”

“Wonderful renovated space in the heart of mid town. Walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. I paid *** a night on average for 5 nights through a weekend. ”

“This is a awesome place to stay, clean rooms, very quiet and less than 5 minutes to Reno international airport!”

“The Hampton West staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our check in was seamless and they let us drop off our bags early. They were surprised that an airport transfer was listed as an offering at the hotel as there was one. Airport cab charged us $64.00. Not their fault but Agoda FYI.”

“We booked the room for 2 adult and 1 infant, but only provided 2 sets of towels. We asked for extra towel, but the cleaner staff still forgot :( breakfast is good, room is comfort and cozy. ”

“Overall, The Plaza met our needs. It was off the strip, therefore quieter yet still walking distance to both the strip and other activities along the river walk. Nice coffee shop and convenience store across the street. The amenities of the hotel itself were average. The front desk staff were friendly, but never saw anyone else that worked there. If we needed anything for the room, we had to go down to the front desk to pick it up. There wasn’t any staff to bring it up to us on the 15th floor. Only one elevator working in the lobby. Despite some negative aspects of our stay at The Plaza, I still recommend it for location if you don’t want to stay at a casino, which can be loud and chaotic when traveling with kids, or not in town for the the casino nightlife. ”
