“A tired property. I was told the new owners are investing in steel box frames for the beds and a new building air conditioner. Price was right, but they still need to make sure to keep the lobby clean and cool. Owners need to make sure that if they’re gonna leave out coffee for guests the coffee station is clean and filled with fresh, hot water and coffee, and that condiments are plentifull and available. Also, the grounds need to be walked several times a day for trash and leaf disposal, etc. Furthermore, I recommend more signage as the property sits on a curve and there’s very little signage to let you know you’re coming up on the property. Additionally, it wouldn’t take a lot to go into each room and touch up paint, etc. Especially paint the ceiling tiles; easy fix to a very noticeable problem.”
