“Staff are rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. The cleanliness of the hotel is far from clean. Room had a terrible smell, stains everywhere, and dirty. The hallway and many other areas of the hotel were disgustingly kept and unclean! The staff can barely keep up with the maintenance and have the nerve to allow animals there. Which makes the stay worse and unsanitary! All front desk staff have terrible attitudes and are hostile and aggressive. The staff have poor customer service skills as well. They were not helpful and are problematic. My experience here was awful. ”
