“Room was ready on time, though a random water bottle was left in the bathroom that made me second guess my sanity briefly. The bed is pretty cozy, air conditioning works but is a little loud, pillows are great. I'm not sure why they have two TVs in one room but the more the merrier I guess. Shower is decent with quality product. Not much padding between floors so I could hear the folks around me with pretty much every step they took with some noise outside starting around 6 am. Parking is $35/night in the lot across the street. The roads leading here aren't the best, and apart from the in hotel restaurant there aren't too many places within walking distance, so prepare to either hop in the car ("free" in/out privs with paid parking) or get something delivered. Wifi was rock solid. Fridge kept my drinks cold. Overall, not a bad stay but the cobwebs outside on the balcony paired with the bird dung on the table made it look like it hadn't been cleaned in a few weeks. While this wasn't a bad stay, I think there are other spots in Portland that allow you to enjoy more of what it has to offer.”

“First, I walked into the office and the rep was barefoot and completely unprofessional. Once I get into the unit I immediately notice the walls have big holes, the stench of cigarette and mold are so overpowering it’s unbearable. Keep in mind this was a Smoke-Free unit. The bathroom window was shattered and there was inappropriate vandalism. I originally planned to stay for 2 weeks. Couldn’t even stay 1 night. May be cheap but is definitely not worth even the low prices offered at this location. Skip the bad experience while you’re still ahead. ”

“staff was great and helpful. beds were creaky, uncomfortable, and pillows were tiny and flat. shower had parts of the tub that were chipping, and chipped off, the faucet and shower could not transition well, and would cause the tub to not drain well. toilet had a slow flush, and needed multiple flushes to drain well. television did not work at all.”
