Room was ready on time, though a random water bottle was left in the bathroom that made me second guess my sanity briefly. The bed is pretty cozy, air conditioning works but is a little loud, pillows are great. I'm not sure why they have two TVs in one room but the more the merrier I guess. Shower is decent with quality product. Not much padding between floors so I could hear the folks around me with pretty much every step they took with some noise outside starting around 6 am. Parking is $35/night in the lot across the street. The roads leading here aren't the best, and apart from the in hotel restaurant there aren't too many places within walking distance, so prepare to either hop in the car ("free" in/out privs with paid parking) or get something delivered. Wifi was rock solid. Fridge kept my drinks cold. Overall, not a bad stay but the cobwebs outside on the balcony paired with the bird dung on the table made it look like it hadn't been cleaned in a few weeks. While this wasn't a bad stay, I think there are other spots in Portland that allow you to enjoy more of what it has to offer.

Great location on the river with nice bike paths. We were delighted that our balcony room had a river view even though it wasn't mentioned in the description. Room was clean and comfortable and restaurant with bar downstairs was convenient. Our only complaint was the bed wasn't super comfortable and the sheets were kinda scratchy, but we're bed snobs lol.

Nice room, good air circulation, small toilet and shower nozzle seemed very dated and not matching to more modern updates on the rest of the room. Lobby was a mess but was warned beforehand. Don't expect any extra amenities except for what is in the room.

Despite some construction int he lobby area, our stay was just what we needed. My teen daughter and I came to Portland to visit grandparents. The location was a great location, close to their home, and also close to The Old Spaghetti Factory, where we all went to dinner. The hotel itself was quiet and clean and comfortable. Both my teen daughter and I slept well in very comfy beds. Nice Shower. We were upgraded to two queen beds instead of one king when I asked, at no charge. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is no breakfast, and all of their amenities are under construction, so not accessible. Construction didn't start until after 9am, so it didn't interrupt our stay at all.

The location is great. Out of the way, right next to the river, quiet but really close to downtown. Facility is under construction and it will be really nice when it's done.
