“I hadn’t planned to stop on our way home from Chicago, but I’m so glad we did! My daughter and I were having a rough evening, and it was awesome to find a last-minute deal at a place with a huge pool, a hot tub, and free breakfast! ”

“I had trouble with the app that resulted in me being double-booked and double-charged. Both Agoda and Baymont Portage worked together to help me get a refund. The stay was great, but this kind of help really feels good.”

“Never again. $206 paid for this and not allowed to cancel. The smells caused my asthma to flare ”

“Good”

“No toilet paper in clean room upon arrival. No pool open till 6 pm the next day and chemicals so strong burn your eyes Breakfast was slim picking .one day waffles and yogurt .just horrible experience. ”

“I enjoyed my time at this location have no complaints ”

“The room wasn't nice at all; it wasn't even swept, let alone cleaned. I had to go out and purchase my own cleaning supplies and scrubbed the shower myself! I also installed a new showerhead (but, installed the old one before I checked out). Housekeeping never serviced my room the week I was there. If they did, they didn't empty the garbage, change the linen, sweep the floor, nor did anything else. The door frame and striker plate where the door latches, was so loose, the deadbolt wouldn't engage. I complained to the front desk because this is a safety issue, especially for women, but nothing was done about it, at least not while I was there. The full size fridge was good-to-go, but there were no cookware. Can't charge more for a room with a kitchenette, but can't cook in it! The AC was cold for sure, but so loud that I either had to turn up the volume on the tv or shut off the AC. This is yet another example of a hotel that doesn't even do the minimum required of what it takes to operates and maintain a hotel. Same type of management as other low-budge hotels in the area.”

“overall pleased and worth the money you pay. The breakfast isn’t really too much and would have liked to have a large larger variety selection but otherwise it was fine.”
