“Everything was great! Beds were so comfortable! Staff was very helpful. Only complaint, but not much could be done at the time, is that many items in the game/laundry room we’re out of order. (Change machine, few games and one of two driers.) But the front desk staff happily converted my bills to coins and even reimbursed me for the money I lost trying to get the second drier to work as it didn’t yet have an out of order sign. One was posted soon after my attempt to use it.”

“The staff was so kind starting from check in to checkout process ”

“Was a lovely stay and truly enjoyed our overnight stay. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable! We had a fridge, microwave, we’re close to lots of food options. The work out facility was beautiful and looked out on to the water and you can walk down the back patio to the beach. Impressed!”

“A nice hotel in the vacation area of Port Clinton. Property was nice and clean. My only suggestion would be to use the Country Inn (another Choice Privilege property) across the road if you don't need a pool.”

“The room was infested with ants, I had to throw away over 100 dollars in food, dry goods, unopened boxes and bags! When I emailed them to let them know, I got no response, I did not see a housekeeper the whole week I was there! No fresh towels or linen, no toilet paper, we had to purchase our own towels and toilet paper! We were not compensated for the food we lost! And to top it all off! We were sent an email from management accusing us of smoking and threating to make us leave the premises! We did not smoke in the room as it is strictly enforced! And the whole second floor reaked of smoke when we got there! The parking lot is in horrible condition, the best thing about this hotel is the location! And that's not saying much either! Overall! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! Top 3 of the worst places I've ever stayed! ”

“Breakfast was very good Lakeview room and Outdoor seating area lovely”
