Island House Historic Vacation Rentals

The room was infested with ants, I had to throw away over 100 dollars in food, dry goods, unopened boxes and bags! When I emailed them to let them know, I got no response, I did not see a housekeeper the whole week I was there! No fresh towels or linen, no toilet paper, we had to purchase our own towels and toilet paper! We were not compensated for the food we lost! And to top it all off! We were sent an email from management accusing us of smoking and threating to make us leave the premises! We did not smoke in the room as it is strictly enforced! And the whole second floor reaked of smoke when we got there! The parking lot is in horrible condition, the best thing about this hotel is the location! And that's not saying much either! Overall! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! Top 3 of the worst places I've ever stayed!
