“I would 100% recommend this hotel & already have to friends. The outside of the building doesn't reflect what it actually looks like inside. Its not bad on the outside - just much better inside. The rooms are newly renovated & are extremely clean. Each one has a full size fridge, full size sink, & a 2 burner stove top. The bathrooms are sparkling clean & well lit. The staff are all VERY friendly & accommodating. There is a gas station just a few steps away plus plenty of good places to get food that are within quick walking distance. Still it's a quiet hotel that is overlooked enough that it doesn't get very busy so they have the time to actually take good care of the place as well as take good care of every single person that walks in the door. All of that at an affordable rate. You really can't ask for more from a budget hotel! My new favorite place to stay for sure!”

“The shower was broken, dirty dishes left in dishwasher on arrival, desk clerk was always off doing something else, no one watching young children in pool area for hours, couldn't enjoy the pool area, could not use computer, children were on it for hours no supervision, the worst experience I've ever had”

“I will probably change my review if they could try at least to make it right a little. Which as of right now they haven't even tried. We booked the room because of the pictures of the room showed we would have a jetted tub...Will they told us when we arrived today that they had the wrong pictures of the room on there website. So we didn't get the room we thought we payed for...Also we paid with a pet on the hotel website for the room. We put that we had our dog. On arrival at the hotel they said we owe them a extra 75.00 for our dog. No where on the website that was mentioned..We feel they took us for alot of extra money...And didn't get what we paid for....I will be writing a few more reviews about this place and I will write the Attorney General about this... Because I am sure this is happening to more people than just us...This is a very corrupted business transaction that is going on around here...”

“Room had smoke detector removed with bare wires hanging out the wall. The air/heating unit was plugged into a box that was hanging out of the wall. Ceiling light/fan over the shower was missing the cover over the bulb/socket. The air/heating unit was caked with old moldy dust, and the air deflectors were broken, useless. ”
