“This Hilton hotel is right by the beach. With Valet parking it was an easy stay. The room was large and spacious and we had a small balcony - from which you could just about see the sea. The rooftop restaurant looked like the perfect place to watch the sun set. Pleasant stay in the heart of Pismo beach.”

“My wife and I checked in on a Sunday night 7/12/26 and were pleased with the hotels community but when we got into our room, the room was hot so we turned on the air-conditioning and went to bed within 20 minutes the ac started blowing worm air, I got up to turn it off and then back on and about 20 minutes later its started blowing worm air. Our first night was incredibly restless. My first night was miserable with lack of sleep since my wife and I could not get comfortable in the hot climate of the room. I went down to the front desk to report the issue and the staff member said they would have the maintenance fix the ac unit. My wife and left to go into pismo and came back later that night to come back into a worm room with no AC and I went to the front desk again where 2 staff members came and discovered the AC was not functioning correctly and brought in 3 portable fans to help. Upon checking out the front desk did apologize for the discomfort and explained to me that they would process a credit but it will have to go through the service I used to book the room since I paid through agoda.com so now I will wait to see how long this will take to be credited back through this whole experience ”
