My wife and I checked in on a Sunday night 7/12/26 and were pleased with the hotels community but when we got into our room, the room was hot so we turned on the air-conditioning and went to bed within 20 minutes the ac started blowing worm air, I got up to turn it off and then back on and about 20 minutes later its started blowing worm air. Our first night was incredibly restless. My first night was miserable with lack of sleep since my wife and I could not get comfortable in the hot climate of the room. I went down to the front desk to report the issue and the staff member said they would have the maintenance fix the ac unit. My wife and left to go into pismo and came back later that night to come back into a worm room with no AC and I went to the front desk again where 2 staff members came and discovered the AC was not functioning correctly and brought in 3 portable fans to help. Upon checking out the front desk did apologize for the discomfort and explained to me that they would process a credit but it will have to go through the service I used to book the room since I paid through agoda.com so now I will wait to see how long this will take to be credited back through this whole experience

Great Hotel value if staying with children. Excellent Hot Breakfast with multiple options. Note: Booking with cheaper rates may put you on the side of the hotel facing freeway and thus noisy. You maybe asked to pay more to get a quieter room.

Oxford Suites in Pismo Beach was such a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by everything they offered. The complimentary evening reception with drinks and snacks was a wonderful surprise and a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. The breakfast the next morning was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. They served eggs, sausage, potatoes, and hands down the best biscuits and gravy I’ve ever had at a hotel. It was fresh, delicious, and far beyond what I expected. The courtyard was charming and relaxing, the heated pool was perfect, and the fitness center had everything I needed for a good workout. The location was also ideal—just a short drive to the beach and the Pismo Beach Premium Outlets, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with exceptional amenities and great value, I highly recommend Oxford Suites Pismo Beach. We’ll definitely stay here again! In all transparency when we arrived our room had no AC. Since the hotel was fully booked they were unable to move us, however, they did give us a box fan and made it financially right.

Too noisy next to the 101 freeway. They only service your room twice a week. We had a group of five rooms. One had issues the toilet wouldn't flush another shower head broken and sprayed water everywhere in the bathroom. Booked rooms with two queen beds but one king and a lumpy sofa bed. Breakfast and social hour was very good. I would never stay at an Oxford Suites again.
