“The room was decent overall, but a few things were off. Some lights kept flickering, and the bathtub didn’t drain well during my shower—it was super slow”

“I loved how it was right off the highway! The room was clean and spacious for me and my children. The pool was also a plus! Would definitely stay here again!”

“My room was missing a couch. The pool was out of order and the website said nothing about it. Breakfast was less than impressive but coffee was tasty. If price were lowered I'd stay again. Nothing special here ”

“Let's start with cleanliness. Because I bring my supplies to make sure things are sanitary, my only issue was the floor it was pretty dirty. At 8:45 am, mind you check-out is at 11am, someone tried to enter the room with a key, when they realize I had the latch on, they started kicking and hitting the door with their fist or arm. Turns out it was housekeeping. I'm screaming at the man, "you never knocked, why didn't you knock". That was the most scariest moment. It all happen so fast I didn't have time to think or re-act. I'm just so happy it wasn't pm. I also start to smell cigarette smoke near the bathroom, mirror area. The only good thing I can say about my visit is I didn't see any roaches. And that's a big plus. I never got an explanation why housekeeping was trying to break the door down, just we're sorry, so sorry... I feel like I should recieve some type of compensation for being inconvienced.”

“We did not realize that the hotel is being renovated to add an extension, so there was dust in the hallways, etc. Our room was lovely, newly renovated, beds comfortable. Breakfast was fine - decent choices, nothing extravagant. Elevator, hallways, etc are in need of renovation. We stayed in a weekend so did not hear any construction noise, but that is probably to thing to consider. Worth the cheaper rate if all you care about is a good room and can ignore the rest. Staff at front desk told us our payment had not gone through on Agoda and made us pay again, only to be charged by both companies. So we had to call the hotel later to get the charge reversed, which they did.”
