“The guy at the front desk was not happy that we got a discount for our room. He kept saying he couldn't do it for the discounted price. Then when he did finally get us room it seemed that he found the worse room in the hotel. The stairs were ripped and dirty as if they had not been vacuumed in some time. When got to our room half the lights didn't work due to no switches or light bulbs. The floors were stained and not vacuumed. The toilet would not flush either. ”
