“We booked 2 nights at this hotel with “pool view”. This was not honored by the hotel staff even after showing the booking. She stated nothing she could do because I used a third party and they do not have pool view rooms. We only stayed 1 night. Hotel had a nice location and easy walk to the beach. However, it was not the cleanest. It had a strong odor in the room. No coffee maker in the room. You have to use a community machine in the lobby. I will say Agoda at least tried to reach out the hotel with no comment back from them.”
