“Hotel Indigo is well-located and the extra amenities (gym/indoor pool) made the facilities ideal.
Challenges: The non-refundable pet fee on top of the high cost was a surprise (and not told tome when I called the hotel).
The entire staff need customer training. Other than Zach (front desk), the team treated guests as a nuisance. I was astonished that management and front desk personnel had heads down and ignored guests throughout the hotel. This is simply a training issue.
The warm welcome, magic moments and fond farewell should be ingrained into their daily routine. It is unfortunately NOT!
