“隔壁就是outlet附近還有超市速食店很方便，但居然沒有寄物服務，變很麻煩還要想辦法寄物才能逛outlet”

“Room was a good value for the money. Property could be better maintained but for our purposes it worked out perfectly.”

“외출 후 방으로 돌아왔을 때 누군가 마리화나를 피운 듯한 냄새가 났습니다. 저희는 담배를 피우지 않고 담배 연기에 알레르기가 있어서 환기를 시켜야 했습니다.”

“I dislike how the bathroom was made of two closet-like doors and the ventilation was poor in the bathroom. There was also a lot of hair under the mattresses when doing a bedbug check. Other than that, it was decent for the price. ”

“My first visit was not so great. The receptionist seemed reluctant to greet me with a warm welcome. It was all business with her. Every time I went to the desk, there were no smiles, not much eye contact or warm greeting. This is the case for everyone I met there. Also, the carpet in the room was dirty. Won’t be going back.”

“Ghhhh”

“When I booked the hotel, Agoda said they would provide me with free breakfast and a free shuttle. However, the hotel told me that there was no free shuttle service and breakfast provided me and contact the agida. Agoda must take responsibility for its promises to its customers.”

“After a run of disappointing hotels on this US trip, the Ayres Suite Ontario Mills was a welcome reset. The mattress was medium-plush and well suited to side sleepers, and the room was spotlessly clean. Only three pillows were provided for two guests, though a fourth was found in the cupboard — two pillows each is really the minimum needed for sitting up in bed to watch TV comfortably. Despite facing a busy road, the room was well soundproofed and traffic noise wasn't an issue; the aircon, while audible, was never intrusive. A coffee machine was provided in-room, and breakfast included made-to-order omelettes, cereals, yoghurt, berries, brewed coffee, a choice of teas and juices. On-site parking was plentiful and large enough for full-size pick-ups, there's a pool on site, and the location is close to the Ontario Mills outlets. The mini fridge was not switched on. Special mention to Andrew at the front desk — after we checked out and needed to return for passports left in the room safe, he had a key ready and waiting for us. A strong choice for a comfortable, well-run stay; recommended. Room 5202”
