After a run of disappointing hotels on this US trip, the Ayres Suite Ontario Mills was a welcome reset. The mattress was medium-plush and well suited to side sleepers, and the room was spotlessly clean. Only three pillows were provided for two guests, though a fourth was found in the cupboard — two pillows each is really the minimum needed for sitting up in bed to watch TV comfortably. Despite facing a busy road, the room was well soundproofed and traffic noise wasn't an issue; the aircon, while audible, was never intrusive. A coffee machine was provided in-room, and breakfast included made-to-order omelettes, cereals, yoghurt, berries, brewed coffee, a choice of teas and juices. On-site parking was plentiful and large enough for full-size pick-ups, there's a pool on site, and the location is close to the Ontario Mills outlets. The mini fridge was not switched on. Special mention to Andrew at the front desk — after we checked out and needed to return for passports left in the room safe, he had a key ready and waiting for us. A strong choice for a comfortable, well-run stay; recommended. Room 5202

We really enjoyed the accommodations including the larger rooms, cleanliness, and especially the beautiful courtyard and pool facilities.

We loved this hotel to enjoy the shopping, dining and comedy club right there! We will definitely be returning for more time away!
