“I booked a room almost 2 hours in advance before my arrival. Upon my arrival and checking in, I tell the guy at the desk I've a reservation and that I'm checking in. He's on the computer and then prints off a paper and says the cost of the stay and that he needs my card. Mind you this was like a 45 min ordeal standing in that hot ass lobby. So he calls his boss, who I assume is at home trying to figure out the issue, which made absolutely no sense to me. So I show him my booking confirmation and clearly states at the top Confirmed & Paid For. Then he says he needs to see the receipt that shows the payment. Ok no problem, I go to my email pull the receipt with the partial card number followed with Payment Type: Paid By Credit Card. And I have 3 different proofs of my Paid booking. So now this still ain't good enough even though it's what was requested. Now he's gotta call his boss back. He finally gets back with me and keeps saying he's not showing payment, which makes no sense because the confirmation ID numbers are the same sooooooo obviously there's a payment. So finally he gets back with me again and says his boss said I have to pay even though I've paid already and if I get a dual charge then they'll refund me. But obviously it's gonna be a dual charge cause I've already paid through my booking that's the way I always do my bookings I never pay at the desk, there's a reason why I do it this way. So he says upon check out if they see dual payment then at that point they'll refund me. However, that has yet to happen. ”

“I know it was graduation weekend and every hotel jacked up prices, but this place wasn’t worth more than $40/nt. tops. The parking lot is in disrepair. The room was bare-bones. It was surface clean, but I didn’t trust the cleanliness after finding used bar soap in the shower. The micro-bottles of shampoo and conditioner were woefully inadequate, even for one person. The other guests looked to be tenants, not short term guests. When I arrived, there was a shady looking guy parked outside my room. It looked like he was waiting to make a drug deal or something. He eventually left, but I don’t know if his business was complete or he just wanted to sit in the lot behind a hotel for awhile. This was the only hotel with a room available for the eeekend, or I would have left and checked in to another hotel. Very disappointed. ”

“I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very easy to get to. Staff very nice. Breakfast was excellent with eggs, sausage biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, toast bagel and a fancy coffee machine with all your fancy selections. Pool and hot tub was nice. ”

“First night - I was so tired & achy from my fibromyalgia that all I could think of was laying down & going to sleep about 10 pm. Wrong! People on the hallway seemed like they were having a party & were being very loud. The bed was hard as a rock & the pillows & sheet smelled like bleach, like they were over bleached. Pillows were flimsy, way too soft, seemed like your head was on the mattress instead of a pillow. I had to fold a pillow to get some consistency. None of which made for a good night sleep. Breakfast was 12.95 extra! Yes it was a buffet but thinking about breakfast food sitting in warmers, well let’s just say, it’s not my thing. I should have went to a LaQuinta Inn where they have comfy beds & free breakfast! I have 3 more nights here!😱”
