“When I arrived I confirmed the check in and check out times that was advertised and he said NO. I showed him the advertisement and what it said and he said I got to take that up with the company I made the reservation with. ”

“It's a quant little inn right in the heart of historic square! Walk to the square! We ate drank and walked back. Michael at front desk is always friendly and helpful ☺️ they are currently remodeling the rooms and I'm excited to return! ”

“We needed a basic hotel in the area and found good reviews for this one and a decent price using one of the dot com options. The room was clean and we slept well. Breakfast was typical and ok. Loved that there were multiple pieces of Manatee/Springs artwork in the room and bathroom! We recently stayed in a historical and quite expensive resort on Orcas Island that literally had no artwork on the walls. Pretty disappointing and what a missed opportunity to share the beauty and history. Well done here! Improvements: 1) Front desk woman was barely civil, definitely not friendly or welcoming. We were nice to her the several times we interacted but she did not warm up. Morning ladies were great. 2) No fan in bathroom makes for a sticky/stinky situation. 3) the carpeted stairs from our room down to the lobby floor were disgusting—strongly recommend ripping out that carpet. The parking lot seemed safe and the hotel from the outside is nice to look at. A Win, we’d say! ”
