“Great Hotel”

“이 호텔에서 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 걸어갈 수 있는 거리에 상점과 레스토랑이 많이 있습니다. 직원들은 친절했고, 필요한 모든 것과 궁금한 점에 대해 친절하게 도와주었습니다. 가격 대비 만족스러운 호텔이었고, 매우 깨끗했습니다!”

“Check In/Check Out was the best part of the stay due to the pleasantness and cordial front desk staff. The location was good with plenty of food options within an easy drive. Everything else though leaves A LOT more to be desired. Room door handles were found hanging or put on backwards leaving you having to pull up rather than push down. On the way to the room, the hallway smelt of marijuana and damp, soiled carpet with visible stains. Entering the room, we were greeted by someone else’s trash already filling the trash can. The sofa while being large was heavily stained and dank smelling. We carry disinfectant and cleaner due to having small children. So, we wiped down surfaces, triple sheeted the bed with a cleaner blanket; however, no pillows were provided for the sleeper sofa. Nor were there enough towels. The towels that were provided were see thru and grayish instead of white. The bed was fairly comfy but smelt faintly of smoke in what was suppose to be a smoke free room. The carpet also had visible area of dust and crumbs collected in corners and near baseboards. Also the shower corners were covered with bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash that appeared to have been poorly mounted to the wall at one time not in a dispenser but literally affixed with some type of messy adhesive. It truly felt like a nice hotel had fallen into the wrong hands and poorly mismanaged into the ground. Their were too many small things that added up and a good many eye sores that should have been addressed to maintain the facilities. The front desk staff as I said was very courteous and didn’t seem all that surprised. One even commented that had we not paid through a third party, then they would have refunded our money. So, pass this property by if in your travels you have other options. This place needs a deep clean and facilities updated before even being worthy of two stars given. Had the location not been great or front desk not as helpful it could have easily been a ze”
