“내슈빌에서 꼭 필요한 휴가를 예약하려고 했는데, 이 사이트에서 날짜를 추수감사절로 변경해 버렸어요. 페이팔을 포함한 여러 가지 방법을 시도해 봤지만, 결국엔 안타까운 일이었죠. 올해 추수감사절을 예약했는데, 페이팔이 저희 돈을 훔쳐 가도록 내버려 두어야 했거든요. 페이팔은 저희 숙소를 다른 곳으로 옮기는 데 전혀 관심이 없었어요. 충성 고객을 만드는 것보다 몇백 달러나 챙기는 데 더 관심이 있었던 게 너무 아쉬웠어요. 로비 바에서 묵을 때는 예약금보다 더 많이 쓰게 되더라고요... 뭐, 어쩔 수 없죠.”

“The hotel is stylishly put together in all of the communal areas, especially the bar and restaurant. However, the rooms are pretty small, and there are some annoyances that can really impact your stay. 1. Light switches in the rooms are unnecessarily complex, which means in the middle of the night you are fumbling around and turning every light on when you just wanted to find your way to the bathroom. 2. The TV system in the room is way too complex and slow. Trying to order room service on the system is like a 1996 Netscape browser with a dial-up modem. Every click takes forever. 4. The gym is a real letdown. Minimal weightlifting equipment, and what they have is very limited. Basically one not very good cable piece and a separate cable station that is poorly maintained, and you have to keep resetting it to move from exercise to exercise. Really not up to standard for an otehrwise cool hotel.”

“The room is very spacious, the bed is comfortable and suitable for short or extended stay. It is very close to downtown - only 2 blocks away from Music City Convention Center & Country Music Hall of Fame. The highlight of our stay is excellent breakfast, we loved the breakfast spread - good variety and quality breakfast provided. We love the freshly squeezed OJ, selection of salsa/sauces, delicious pastries and fresh Greek yoghurt. We were assigned special needs room, so the bathroom has a hospital like feel. Given the condition and room type that we get, the price is on the expensive side. Cleanliness and housekeeping can be improved as the dishwasher smells bad and room felt a little dusty. ”
