“We had an amazing stay at Summit Lofts Boutique Hotel! We were driving to Oregon with our young daughter, so we needed a comfortable halfway stop, and this place exceeded all of our expectations. The room was incredibly clean and spotless. We loved the fully equipped kitchenette—it had everything we needed if we wanted to cook. There was also a large refrigerator, and the bathroom was immaculate. We were pleasantly surprised by all the thoughtful amenities, including charging cables, earplugs, a mist, and even a guidebook with local recommendations. Following the guidebook’s suggestion, we had dinner at Pipeline, and it was fantastic! It was such a nice touch that made exploring Mount Shasta even easier. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The attention to detail and thoughtful extras made us feel so welcome. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Summit Lofts Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Mount Shasta!”

“The main building is like something out of a fairytale! Plus it has a gorgeous view of my shasta through the trees. The breakfast was also nice, nothing fancy but delicious ☺️ I liked the room too- it was very clean and cozy. ”

“The room we got with a single bed although I asked for two beds was very small in space- no chairs besides a stool. Hard to even walk in the Breakfast is a take away bag- no thank you. Coffee maker in the room wasn’t working. And the bill was expensive- not worth it. ”

“I would not recommend this resort. While the room was very nice, the resort lacked several things. First, there was no safe in the room to lock valuables. Second, there was no housekeeping provided each day. Third, while they had a restaurant, it was only open for lunch and dinner. No breakfast at all. Lastly, the resort had no pool or hot tub. Very disappointing for a resort. ”
