“The lady at the desk was working extremely slow, waited 15-20 min Per guest. Also she told me they overbooked and she had to find a room. I don’t think I checked in til about 6:00pm. She didn’t even offer me a drink or anything while I waited she just told me about the pull tabs and slot machines…… GM was in back the whole time and never once came out to assist and or help.”

“Great staff starting with the front desk receptionist Michael P. You can feel that you are welcome & they are happy to serve. I love that they have free breakfast buffet & I was surprise with what they called kickback, its like free dinner with alcoholic drinks. The room is spacious,clean, with fridge & microwave. Fantastic location near milwaukee public market. They also have a decent size pool & hot tub. Overall, this is a great place to stay.”
