“The lady at the desk was working extremely slow, waited 15-20 min Per guest. Also she told me they overbooked and she had to find a room. I don’t think I checked in til about 6:00pm. She didn’t even offer me a drink or anything while I waited she just told me about the pull tabs and slot machines…… GM was in back the whole time and never once came out to assist and or help.”

“Amenities were better than expected. Well furnished kitchenette. Super friendly and helpful staff. ”

“We could literally hear our neighbor’s conversations until 11:30 at night then 6:30 in the morning. I have not slept in a harder bed ever in a hotel. Im not sure it was actually a mattress! ”

“Kind staff and clean hotel. Surely will be back again”

“Great staff starting with the front desk receptionist Michael P. You can feel that you are welcome & they are happy to serve. I love that they have free breakfast buffet & I was surprise with what they called kickback, its like free dinner with alcoholic drinks. The room is spacious, clean, with fridge & microwave. Fantastic location near milwaukee public market. They also have a decent size pool & hot tub. Overall, this is a great place to stay.”

“I have stayed at this hotel during two recent visits to Milwaukee. In both cases I have been pleased with the facilities, especially the breakfast, the enormous rooms, and the laundry. It is clean and the staff is most helpful and always smiling.”

“Perfect for a weekend getaway. Beautiful hotel with a lot to offer! Staff was amazing.”
