“So I am homeless and I wanted to rent a hotel room so I called the roadway and spoke with the gentleman who told me which room to choose for a whirlpool suite. I called him because I did not want to get the booking wrong and end up wasting my money so I called to confirm what room I should be booking and I booked. When I arrived at the facility they said there is no whirlpool in my room I am the one that set the booking up and he cannot help me because he cannot see what I can see and I explained to him that he told me to pick a specific room and the gentleman was very argumentative very rude and I did not stay at that hotel. I requested a refund and the property continues to deny that refund and I took all of the necessary steps to make sure that I was doing it correctly but because the staff did not understand I lost out on $50 being homeless... how disrespectful.”

“Great staff starting with the front desk receptionist Michael P. You can feel that you are welcome & they are happy to serve. I love that they have free breakfast buffet & I was surprise with what they called kickback, its like free dinner with alcoholic drinks. The room is spacious,clean, with fridge & microwave. Fantastic location near milwaukee public market. They also have a decent size pool & hot tub. Overall, this is a great place to stay.”
