“Location is close to the airport and provided complimentary shuttles from the airport. It is not close to downtown Miami or cruise port so best to reserve an hour for the ride to port. Rooms are clean though and great value for money”

“Nice hotel with a great pool and beautiful suites. Happy hour is nice too. 24/7 shuttle to airport every 30 minutes. would stay again!”

“Room was spacious with a separate closet area. Clean. Rooms were in the middle of being furnished with new chairs/desks, lamps etc. The only odd thing was the lobby was not easy to find. Signage was not obvious. Due to its lack of frontage property, it is necessary to drive to the side and enter at rear of building. However, staff was pleasant and helpful.”

“Good things: location, free shuttles to airport and sea port, free breakfast, clean, almost noise free even being very close to the airport. Bad things: lack of care from the staff, no clear communication from the staff, breakfast was not so good (waffles did not have a good flavor/taste), A/C unit seemed to not work properly (we wanted it colder, but it already said it was at the coldest setting even if the room felt warm; it never felt cold), shuttle took a good 25 minutes to pick us up at the airport (we called to get an ETA, we were simply told to wait; we were sweating outside). So, it was not a great experience, nor a horrible one. Meh. ”

Firealarm sounded at 08:30 in the morning for 25 minutes, It was a drill at 8:30 ????? We stayer 4 night only once the room was cleaned, i have to ask for clean towels. Very unfriendly staff 96% don’t speak a word english . Skip this hotel”

“I was very worried after I'd booked and read some very bad reviews about this hotel, but I honestly don't know what some people were talking about. When we saw our room I got such a surprise - it was spacious, spotlessly clean, there was no unpleasant smell and certainly no bugs to be seen, which is what some of the reviews had said. The beds were really comfy, the room was cosy and the airport shuttle was great, taking us yo the airport from where we were able to get the train, metro etc yo wherever we wanted to go, during our 3 night stay. Breakfast was a little cramoed the first morning, so we simply went down later the next 2, and got everything we needed, though the space could be bigger. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would have no hestation in recommending the Sleep Inn for comfort and convenience for exploring Miami. Our friends arrived 2 nights later and were very happy with their room and said they had a great sleep. We were all going on a cruise and the hotel books a shuttle to take you straight to the cruise port. A great service”
