I was very worried after I'd booked and read some very bad reviews about this hotel, but I honestly don't know what some people were talking about. When we saw our room I got such a surprise - it was spacious, spotlessly clean, there was no unpleasant smell and certainly no bugs to be seen, which is what some of the reviews had said. The beds were really comfy, the room was cosy and the airport shuttle was great, taking us yo the airport from where we were able to get the train, metro etc yo wherever we wanted to go, during our 3 night stay. Breakfast was a little cramoed the first morning, so we simply went down later the next 2, and got everything we needed, though the space could be bigger. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would have no hestation in recommending the Sleep Inn for comfort and convenience for exploring Miami. Our friends arrived 2 nights later and were very happy with their room and said they had a great sleep. We were all going on a cruise and the hotel books a shuttle to take you straight to the cruise port. A great service

We stayed as two families with kids ranging from toddlers to 12 years old, and overall the hotel was good—clean, well‑located, and budget‑friendly. However, there are two things future guests should be aware of. First, the bathrooms are quite small, so you do have to ‘adjust,’ though it’s manageable if you’re only using the room for sleeping. Second, the breakfast setup really needs improvement. The breakfast area is small and gets overcrowded, yet everything is placed at a single station, creating long lines during peak time. The staff is strict about breakfast hours, and with the crowd, they should either extend the timing or add multiple stations. This part genuinely felt disappointing, and we eventually went out for breakfast. The hotel has potential to do better here.

I booked two rooms, paid incidental deposit for both and only got a refund for one. They made a mistake and refunded the second room deposit to someone else's credit card and still have not resolved it.
