“A few individually small matters let this hotel down. 1) The previous guest had not left the in room safe open - this was never resolved after one phone call and mentioning it in person to reception twice. 2) Housekeeping thought it acceptable to leave a large polythene bag filled with cleared room waste by the elevator on my floor overnight. 3) The TV remote in my room didn't work - this was resolved with a replacement after two trips to reception. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Not up to the standard I expect from Holiday Inn on this visit.”

“The welcome was lovely from staff, good parking and a decent selection on breakfast, plus a hotel room which was clean and absolutely all we needed for a quick overnight. Easy to get to tourist destinations by car, and easy on/off from the freeway for a road trip. The staff were super welcoming and kind, from the front desk to the staff on the floors. Great value for money! ”
