“Great place to stay ”

“Very clean and comfortable rooms. Checked in after 11pm and she was very nice about it. The breakfast is not really anything to write home about but everything else was great”

“Mit has an amazing team at this location! All the staff is a pleasure to work with and they are attentive to all of our needs. They have shown my family amazing hospitality and the staff is very accommodating.”

“As a Manager you expect professional attention and incredibly service wather is a 1☆ or ☆5 the professionalism shouldn't change. Because when you are in charge of a business your suppose to be polit kind etc And always always try to resolve any issues to the best positive outcome for both parties the Hotel and the Guest as well, when you have this skills your definitely a professional regardless of the industry at the end the goal is the same. But when you have a negative attitude and all you can say is not not not, with out giving any option B or C and refusing to negotiate specially when is something very reasonable and in your power why not to have a better aptitude, I can assure you you could have more valuable Guest coming back, but unfortunately with a negative management is hard to even think in revisiting this hotel, other then that the rooms are fine and reasonable prices ”
