“Great location with friendly staff and quite large suite. Definitely will stay here again if we fly in hanoi. Everything is so clean and well organized. ”

“location is not very central to Seattle but the reason I choose this location because I was planning to visit Vancouver on day trip and also visit Tulip festival which is 30 minutes north of Lynnwood. The room is clean and good size. I only complain is the breakfast, very basic and not much choice.”

“Overall stay was pretty good. Location is convenient. Staff are professional and friendly. The room and hotel overall is very clean.”

“Stayed here 2 nights. Locations is great (except when we were here there was construction right out on the main road which made it a tiny bit of a hassle leaving/coming back). Staff is super kind and helpful! Our room had some type of animal in it before us; it smelled and there was quite a bit of animal hair on the floors. The free breakfast was just this little counter across from the reception desk with coffee, hot water, oatmeal, and maybe some sort of snack bars (I can't remember about the snack bars). But the options were definitely very limited. For what it was, the price seemed a bit high. At least the bed was comfy.”

“The Lynwood station is opening by the end of August 2024. Stay at Lynwood and take transit to Seattle is a wise option. ”

“Property location wise it’s sandwiched between two other hotels that have way bigger signage. Google maps had me driving through the other two properties before I saw the Courtyard. Reception, lobby, lounge and eating area well furnished and welcoming. Staff was extremely welcoming and responsive. Went to my room and was knocked out with the amount of scent that was used. Tried to open the window that had a screen outside but turns out the window was glued shut. Went downstairs and spoke with the front desk staff and she helpfully changed the room to one with balcony and sliding door. I was able to open the door but the screen was stuck and took effort to close though wasn’t able to close completely. The rooms are okay if you have no options, but I’d expected a little better and can really do with refresh in the guest rooms. ”
