“The Lynwood station is opening by the end of August 2024. Stay at Lynwood and take transit to Seattle is a wise option. ”

“Property location wise it’s sandwiched between two other hotels that have way bigger signage. Google maps had me driving through the other two properties before I saw the Courtyard. Reception, lobby, lounge and eating area well furnished and welcoming. Staff was extremely welcoming and responsive. Went to my room and was knocked out with the amount of scent that was used. Tried to open the window that had a screen outside but turns out the window was glued shut. Went downstairs and spoke with the front desk staff and she helpfully changed the room to one with balcony and sliding door. I was able to open the door but the screen was stuck and took effort to close though wasn’t able to close completely. The rooms are okay if you have no options, but I’d expected a little better and can really do with refresh in the guest rooms. ”

“Desk clerk amazing, but they don't offer much. Not even toasters in the room. No iron. Two hangers. One tiny shampoo and soap. Just very limited additions. Otherwise, wonderful. ”

“Very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. There's no breakfast per se, but there is coffee and some apples and bananas down in the lobby for a light snack. There were also cookies up at the front desk for guests. A note to anyone wanting the cheapest room: there's no microwave or fridge. If that's not important, then great! Otherwise you'll have to upgrade to a room that does have those. We've never stayed at a hotel (or even a motel) that didn't have a microwave and fridge even in the cheapest room, so we were a bit surprised. That aside, our only real complaint is the noise. The hotel is laid out in such a way that all hotel rooms surround the center, which is the lobby on the first floor. It's just open space to the ceiling 4 floors above. While this is visually appealing, it makes for one big echo chamber. Every night we could clearly hear people elsewhere in the hotel having conversations in person and on their phones. That's not the hotel's fault that guests are rude and think nothing of having extremely loud conversations late at night in the common area instead of inside their own room, but the layout of the hotel and materials used to make it allow noise to bounce off everything and reach every corner of the place. Luckily the noisy guests didn't carry on all night.”
