“Got this hotel for a nite out and it was nice. The hotel is clean. The pool and waterside are a big attraction so bring your swim suit. Just note the pool is on the smaller side as well as being shallow at a whopping 3ft 9in . Don't let that stop you though it is still worth the stay. ”

“Hotel was very nice once I was able to check in, because Agoda didn't do things properly I had to contact customer service which was a nightmare. Rude representative that wouldn't take information from the hotel clerk about the issue of Agoda not providing a card number for them and scolded me because they were able to hear the conversation. I was placed on hold for 45 minutes when they said it would be 4. Was told I would be called back by a manager that would resolve my issue which never happened. It took over an hour to check in because of these issues and I ended up missing a very important appointment because of it. Hotel was great and so were their staff. My suite was very nice and the Jacuzzi was wonderful.”
