“If you are budget minded this would probably be a great hotel for you. It is a bit outdated but decent enough. I would say you get a lot of bang for your buck!”

“Great location right off of I-10 provided easy access. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and wasn't noisy even though we were on the road access side of the building. Breakfast was provided as part of the room charge and was good. Overall, good value for the money, and would highly recommend it. Made a reservation through Agoda and was a great deal.”

“The room was nice with comfortable beds. Unfortunately we woke up twice at 1 am and 4 am because of the train passing by that was also blasting its horn. Since our goal for our 1 night stay was to get a good nights sleep we would not recommend this hotel”

“First day went ok though the toilet plush was not working fully as it should be complete amenities but with couple of mosquitos. Request politely next morning at the desk to do have it checked, clean the garbage and change used towels. Went to have brkfst first boiled egg I warm at the microwave and no problem, decided to have another one but then blew inside the microwave, my mistake was I did not pay attention on the sign which is on top of the microwave. So I was very apologetic and tried my very best to clean the microwave but the staff at the desk showed no professionalism handling the situation Infront of other guests, Long angry face with some in acceptable words from a hospitality worker even though I keep apologizing and admitting my mistake . I did worked in a five star hotel for 25 years at Sheraton Hotel in several countries and we would had definitely act differently the way she did. Respect to our guest is very important . I felt embarrassed and felt that kind of behaviour towards an intentional mistake could have been dealth with kind and professionalism. Hotel was nice with some shortfall but felt not welcomed with that kind of staff to dealt with.”

“People upstairs had a child that made noise.. I could hear little feet running across the floor and chairs being scooted around at 7 A.M. check out is at 11! Why don't housekeeping or other guests let others sleep in!! I did only see one roach..but comfy beds and nice everything...except for noise!!”
