“This place has the best prices in the metro area by far!!!! The staff is very friendly and will help you with anything you need. The only couple this that make the review go down are. The area is very short on consumer shopping. Which makes it very tough, but the amazing price off sets that for the most part. The biggest problem is house keeping and maintenance of the facility. The cleanliness of the rooms are god awful. The smell when you first get in your room is horrible. But if you can get over that and clean yourself like I did. It’s not bad. I understand it’s an older property but to only have one maintenance guy is completely unnecessary. He’s good at his job and nice but it’s to much for one person alone. It doesn’t help the guess either. With that said I would totally recommend this property if things are tight or rough or if you’re homeless like I am. So with that said I’d give it 4 stars. ”

“Staff was very accommodating, breakfast was plentiful and the rooms were very clean. Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay outside the Denver downtown area. Plus complimentary parking!”

“Close to the federal station to get downtown, local restaurants near by for grabbing a quick bit. Hotel is a little outdated but the free breakfast was great and everything was clean…for the price was a good stay. ”

“Our stay was superb. Quiet. Clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Our only disappointment was the tiny fridge! We were traveling home from our winter home and carrying perishables that could not be fitted into such a small space. Otherwise, it was perfect for our purposes: a two-night stay to catch-up with old friends. You’ll look a long ways to find a better value!”

“The facility was under construction when we arived and the room floor we received smelled like humidity. Thankfully, the room did not. The rooms were clean, but you could tell they were old; the bed headrests were worn down, and most of the room gave the same feel. ”
