This place has the best prices in the metro area by far!!!! The staff is very friendly and will help you with anything you need. The only couple this that make the review go down are. The area is very short on consumer shopping. Which makes it very tough, but the amazing price off sets that for the most part. The biggest problem is house keeping and maintenance of the facility. The cleanliness of the rooms are god awful. The smell when you first get in your room is horrible. But if you can get over that and clean yourself like I did. It’s not bad. I understand it’s an older property but to only have one maintenance guy is completely unnecessary. He’s good at his job and nice but it’s to much for one person alone. It doesn’t help the guess either. With that said I would totally recommend this property if things are tight or rough or if you’re homeless like I am. So with that said I’d give it 4 stars.

I was placed on the do not rent list for calling the police on a woman who was menacing me with a knife. I still do not understand why I am being punished for protecting myself from harm. The logic and thought process of the hotel manager should be under close scrutiny because of this. I've been a long time customer of this establishment with absolutely no other incidents to speak of. And I get put on the do not rent list for calling the police. I called them. They came and arrested the woman with the knife and now I can't stay at that location? I have no control over the actions or inactions of other people, I can only control how I react to others and their actions. I believe I reacted in a proactive way and did my best to minimize the disturbance to other guests at that location. How does that make any sense at all, to place me on the do not rent list? I do not have any kind of history of being a person associated with behavior that results in the disturbance or general disruption of the peace to other guests. Jazmin's action in this matter are not only rediculous, but it seems to me that her judgement call and overall ability to manage fairly should be under question . There must be some sort of motive for this. But I cannot figure out what it might be. In the mean time I am waiting for a response from the proper authorities for the right to sue with which I intend to follow through with not only with this company but with Jazmin in her personal capacity for slander and discrimination. I feel as though I am being singled out for no good reason. The only response I've been given was that she said over the phone while she was heavily intoxicated that it says in the contract I signed that, " if you have police contact then you have to leave." It does not explicitly state that anywhere in the contract I signed nor could I find any kind of wording that matched that description she gave in the hotels policy. The only thing I can think of is the umbrella statement saying that they have saying they can refuse service to anyone for any reason. That however brings to mind that the reason must be any kind of action that intentionally disrupts or disturbs the peace to other guests. Now I could understand that if I knowingly engaged in behavior that did in fact disrupt or disturb the peace to other guests, but the fact remains that I acted in a manner to promote the safety of other guests and my own self preservation by calling the police. There was also a matter with the police coming to that same location the next evening that had nothing to do with me, which resulted in me getting blamed for. Because that was brought while I was arguing with the staff about why I had to leave. So not only did I have to leave earlier than my departure date, but the hotel has still not refunded my deposit for this stay and they did not refund me for the days I had paid for as well. This act in itself is to be considered larceny or theft by merchant which I intend to pursue and seek relief from the courts in this matter in the form of a full refund for the entire stay from both the establishment as well as the manager plus damages that have resulted herein. I urge anyone seeking to stay at this establishment to reconsider because the the property needs new management. The prices they are charging are exceedingly high for the area and the place is rampant with illicit activity, drug use, drug selling, and there is a steadily growing homeless camp just on the other side of the chain link fence that border this establishment. Also even though you register your vehicle with the front office if you happen to forget to put the parking pass they give you on the dash of your car. It will get towed away at your expense.

The rooms are trash and walls are yellow. Furniture missing and broken in rooms. And they kept my deposit with no explanation. Too many druggies all over the motel. 2 different rooms had dope dealers. STAY AWAY
