“Stayed here because of walking distance to Epcot and supposed to be best pool in Disneyworld. Then it turned out the pool is closed for construction for a while. Real bummer.”

“The location of Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort was good, and I will say the room layout was excellent. The bed was also very comfortable, which we appreciated after long days at the parks. The reason for the lower score is mainly due to how difficult the property is to navigate. The resort is massive, and getting around was not easy or convenient. The signs are very small, confusing, and hard to read, which made it even more frustrating trying to figure out where everything was. The biggest disappointment was the food and beverage experience. We ordered chicken tenders and fries, and what we received was extremely underwhelming, two tenders and literally about 15 fries. For a bill of $128, that was honestly shocking. Disney, families work very hard for their money and come here expecting a certain level of value and experience. Unfortunately, this left us very disappointed.”
