“The breakfast options are very limited. Breafast area staff are arrogant..not polite and behave as if they are doing a big favor to guest.”

“ Spent a few great days at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and the cleanliness was impeccable. The service and attention from the staff were top-notch. Plus, it has a strategic location: the streetcar is just a short walk away, connecting you directly to the city's main attractions. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Overall, the hotel isn't bad; however, the actual room had a few issues: the bathroom door was a sliding door with a broken lock, and the A/C unit in the room wasn't working adequately. At one point, it was even heating the room instead of cooling it. It took me a minute to figure it out. We stayed only one night, so I didn't bother calling someone or asking for a room change.”

“I went to kansas for the World Cup. Booked this place and was not dissapointed at all. its located in the heart of the city and ther eis good connectivity and large number of pubs and eateries nearby. All the facilities were pretty decent as well. I wish though the staff were a bit more helpful. Found it a bit difficult dealing with them. They didnt accomodate our requests cause we booked through a 3rd party app instead of thier website which found annoying. apart from that the visit was great”

“That is really all there is to say about this hotel, it's nice. A bit pricey for the room I had but it was clean and nice. The room was nice. Pool was nice. Lobby/nice. People there were nice. Kinda just avg and nice so the price is not quite justified in my mind. You won't be disappointed but you won't be excited either. Prepare to whelmed. ”
