“We came for a friend’s birthday. The pool is great for a family or friend’s outing. Be prepared to have no control over your tipping. I am a person that tips but I like to do it myself. There was a shift change at the pool so they closed by tap and automatically added an 18% tip. I would have done 20%. We had the Do Not Disturb sign on our door however someone came in and emptied our trash cans unfortunately they also took cash from our wallets . Reported it to manager on duty but she was not able to help. Next day, still waiting for Security to respond to report. Kind of out in the middle of nowhere too. ”

“Kids ❤️❤️❤️ the slide. My only real negatives are, I'm a huge pillow and shower person. The pillows were flat'ish and not very comfortable. And, the water pressure was weak and (for liability purposes, I'm sure) the water did not get hot enough. ”

“Great location, the outside is beautiful. Our room was eh, but it was also one of the cheapest rooms so maybe that's why. The staff was not overly helpful or friendly, but we didn't need a lot so to us that wasn't a huge issue. The massage and massage staff were great, we'd go see them even if we didn't stay there. Unfortunately you have to book through the front desk, which got my appointment day wrong but thankfully they were still able to get us in. Location is great. Far enough away from legends to have privacy, close enough to easily and quickly drive to it.”

“Great place to stay with family room that is like 2 rooms”

“Halls were not clean and many things in disrepair. Lots of visible holes and out of order things. Breakfast wasn't ready at 6:30 and the dining hall bench was all stained with food I presume. Public bathroom was out of order. Surprise parking fees of $24 for one night. Room was clean but the furniture looked pretty worn. Not worth the $”
