“Very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and Iwe had a goodnight sleep”

“I do not recommend this hotel. They make you pay $10 extra CASH for no reason say it’s in the contract with Agoda but it’s not I looked everywhere. They are basically recomping the fee Agoda charges them to book so the customer is paying for something they should be paying. That’s just part of being a business owner shame on them. Then when I signed the room paperwork the 9.50 was on there and the copy of my id they covered on top of the “other charges” so you couldn’t see it. They wait till 1 day before you come to say $100 CASH is required to check in for incidentals. If you cancel then they still get paid a certain fee for waiting till day before. But honestly it’s better to cancel and find better. When you pull up the doors don’t open you have to call for them to let you in red flag. After they give you keys they walk you to room to make sure your ok with it another red flag. And if you don’t return keys there is $5 charge. At that point we couldn’t get a room elsewhere and it was only 1 night so we dealt with it. The room tho omg. 😳 they should be ashamed. The bathtub looks like they painted over it and it’s chipping. Hair everywhere. Toilet lid doesn’t even fit. PVC pipe to hold clothes. This room shouldn’t be $*** it should be $***. Oh and the room was wet! The floors and filled with mold you could tell. If you don’t care about all that and just need cheap place this is for you. But if you like having a clean room and comfortable place to sleep in go elsewhere! I do not recommend this hotel.
