“My family (2 adults, 1 14yo) stayed 3 nights. Check in and check out were smooth and the staff pleasant and helpful. We had a late dinner at the Bistro when we arrived. The food was great but as with all such things we thought it was expensive for what it was. And the bartender who took our order and delivered to our table was polite but not exactly friendly. We spent most of our time in DC but we enjoyed the time we spent in the hotel and slept well in the comfy beds. The linens, shower, and bathroom were clean and the body wash provided was nice. One drawback was that there were not much within walking distance like restaurants, etc. as it is in a corporate park-type area. Overall, recommended, though due to distance we may not stay there next time we visit DC.”

“We stayed here for 5 nights and every sleep was interrupted. The first 2 nights was a NFL group partying until 3am then cleaning staff starting to slam doors at 6am. The bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. Not the usual holiday inn standard. Every evening our cards stopped working and we had to be let into our room by the front desk staff. 2 of 5 evenings we were chased into the hotel by beggers trying to claim they had an emergency and required help around the corner. Overall, this might be the worst holiday inn experience I have encountered. I would never stay here again. ”
