“We stayed here for 5 nights and every sleep was interrupted. The first 2 nights was a NFL group partying until 3am then cleaning staff starting to slam doors at 6am.
The bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. Not the usual holiday inn standard.
Every evening our cards stopped working and we had to be let into our room by the front desk staff.
2 of 5 evenings we were chased into the hotel by beggers trying to claim they had an emergency and required help around the corner.
Overall, this might be the worst holiday inn experience I have encountered. I would never stay here again. ”
