“Not the person wind about the little things that are not perfect The overall place was clean the pool had a lock out from the city ordinance but still let customer including our selves and learning after the fact. Was to be lock out The breakfast was not at all good normally I always stay at places that offer the breakfast but in this case the breakfast was terrible Eggs were over cook the sausage patty hard seemed old ice machine was only working on 4 th floor after I went to the 2 and down to 1st finally I ask staff member told me the 4 th was working and did. “Best customer service ever love their attitude ”

“Stayed here for 3 nights. Had a great stay. Room was very clean and spacious. Reception woman at check-in not very helpful. Didn't tell us times of check out or breakfast. Basically gave us the key and told us the room number. Not a smile or welcome! Getting ready to leave and I think it was the manager come hammering on the door like a mad man. Said it's check out time told him okay that's fine we are leaving but we didn't get told the time when we arrived. Looked at me like I was stupid and walked off. 2 minutes later he's back again hammering like no tomorrow. My husband told him we are leaving now again and he scurried off! Staff definitely need some customer service skills but cleaner girl was so sweet and does a great job! Would recommend this place due to the rooms and happily stay again ”
