“We're displaced from our home temporarily and after a horrible experience at Extended Stay of America, we moved into Residence Inn, and it has been an absolute pleasure! The staff is beyond accommodating and wonderful, facility is emaculate, and the breakfast is just another added bonus for a busy working mom. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. ”

“This hotel is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Close proximity to other hotels and shops. Staff was nice and the rate was reasonable . Con; The rooms could be cleaner.. the housekeeping just needs to do a better job. ”

“We enjoyed this hotel very much. It is close to everything we need, including a large Walmart about a quarter mile away. Even though the hotel is right off the main interstate, the rooms are extremely quiet. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were comfortable, and the shower had plenty of water pressure. Everything was clean, and the room had a good-sized TV with what seemed like hundreds of channels. The hot breakfast was also very good, with eggs, potatoes, sausage, cereal, and other options. There was plenty of parking as well. This has become our go-to hotel whenever we come to Midland.”

“We are a family of 5 that likes clean, well kept, hotels. This hotel fit the bill. Although not luxury, this hotel had all the needed amenities for a week away in an extremely clean and comfortable environment. The rooms were immaculate, facilities including the pool and fitness center were tidy and new, the lobby welcoming and relaxing. The benefits of free breakfast and nightly happy worked well for our family with young children. My only draw back would be the pillow and bed were slightly uncomfortable. Would recommended this hotel for any family traveling to the Houston area. ”

“The staff when I first walked in was very nice and very attentive and then I went to the rooms in the rooms were very nice and homy and clean and renovated from the looks of it granite it was 4th of July It was still very peaceful and calm there, no ruckus no bad in and out no nothing like that. Walking distance or convenient corner stores close by.”
