“The hotel was clean and in good location. Nothing wrong with my stay except that there was apparently a major hockey tournament in the area. I had hoped that I will be able check in early. When I arrived, there was a long line of families checking in. It was around 2:30 pm and checkin was 3 pm. When I approached the front desk, I was told that my room was not ready. I understood. I decided to sit and wait for 3 pm to arrive. I noticed that all the families in the hockey group were given their rooms. Since I had a wedding to catch at 4pm, I got ready in the hotel’s public restroom. Around 3:20, I went back to the friend desk and inquired about my room. She called housekeeping and was told that the room was not quite ready yet and she apologized. At the same time, more families in the line were getting their keys to their room. I was getting upset why they’re getting a priority. And if I had known about it, I would have chosen another hotel. She said that they are not getting priority. If not because I had a wedding to go at 4 pm, I wouldn’t have minded waiting. Once again she apologized about the delay. She called housekeeping again and was told that the room will be ready in 5 more minutes. Around 3:30, we got our keys finally. We had to rush and change and try to make it to the wedding ceremony on time. I just want to compliment and thank Carrie at the front desk. You have a tough job. Thank you for being so patient and remained courteous and professional at all times. ”

“This hotel was impressive! Very clean, smelled amazing! Staff was great (David) took good care of us. Food was great! We will definitely return to this hotel!!”

“We just had an unplanned trip to holland and had a great time.”

“The bed was comfy amongst the construction. The pool and hot ton were open, which is more than most hotels that have them, but I did not use them this stay. Also did not have breakfast so I cannot speak to that either, but the price was and location were certainly great. ”
