“Very artsy hotel with high ceilings. Very close to the shopping district. They had great dinners in there. Breakfast not included though. Had to ask the front desk to control the temperature but all in all favorable location and very artistic. Interesting room design.”

“The hotel was clean and in good location. Nothing wrong with my stay except that there was apparently a major hockey tournament in the area. I had hoped that I will be able check in early. When I arrived, there was a long line of families checking in. It was around 2:30 pm and checkin was 3 pm. When I approached the front desk, I was told that my room was not ready. I understood. I decided to sit and wait for 3 pm to arrive. I noticed that all the families in the hockey group were given their rooms. Since I had a wedding to catch at 4pm, I got ready in the hotel’s public restroom. Around 3:20, I went back to the friend desk and inquired about my room. She called housekeeping and was told that the room was not quite ready yet and she apologized. At the same time, more families in the line were getting their keys to their room. I was getting upset why they’re getting a priority. And if I had known about it, I would have chosen another hotel. She said that they are not getting priority. If not because I had a wedding to go at 4 pm, I wouldn’t have minded waiting. Once again she apologized about the delay. She called housekeeping again and was told that the room will be ready in 5 more minutes. Around 3:30, we got our keys finally. We had to rush and change and try to make it to the wedding ceremony on time. I just want to compliment and thank Carrie at the front desk. You have a tough job. Thank you for being so patient and remained courteous and professional at all times. ”

“This hotel is close to all the amenities as far as suburban stores and restaurants but also a quick drive to the beach. The hotel offers a free breakfast from 6-9. The style is very modern. They have a pool table and board games in the lobby with free coffee and hot chocolate all day. The rooms are clean but the hardhood style floors make for a lot of sound and we could hear the people talking in the rooms around us all night. Our room was right by the ice machine so that was a loud sound every hour when someone went to get ice or water. Other than that, clean modern rooms. ”
