“We chose this for the price and review scores; never having thought of Best Western hotels as particularly desirable. This one IS! The structure and internal appearance of the hotel is nothing to write home about. Very busy commercial area; drab entryway and hallways. HOWEVER, one stays on the inside of the rooms and eats the food at the breakfast. The room we had was very nice; the bed was the most comfortable my "princess" wife has encountered anywhere. We had plenty of space. Lots of shelf and luggage room; nice tv; big and well constructed bathroom. The breakfast was excellent: better than at any of the relatively less expensive hotels we have stayed at which have more cachet. Tremendous value for the price.”

“Pleasantly surprised. Smaller rooms but, modern and fun. Great breakfast. Great atmosphere. I would need multiple rooms (rooms are small) but, I definitely will return on a family trip with my YA “kids”. ”

“The Sleep Inn Harrisonburg is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and the breakfast area was also very clean with a friendly attendant who took great care. The hotel is conveniently located and was very quiet and restful the night I was there.”

“I stayed at holiday inn express and suites for 4 nights. First surprise was the upgrade of room. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and breakfast is very nice (free cofee is always available hehe). This facility is near to Walmart, eating places, and shopping places. After my trip I came to boston in 5 star hotel but seriously holiday inn was exceptional. Thanks to receptionist who is vet tech student (I don't know your name , apologise). Infact all the staff was very nice. Will definitely visit you guys. Regards,”

“When staying at a hotel, the most important thing for me is that I get a good quality sleep. Obviously the cleanliness, staff, amenities, other patrons are all part of the stay as well. That being said, all of the things I listed were perfectly fine…except for the most important thing. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable, that I couldn’t sleep at all, and got out of the bed so sore that it was hard to function. I’m not exaggerating when I say that I seriously debated with myself if putting all the pillows on the floor and sleeping on them would be more comfortable. I chose to stay on the concrete slab, and am still paying for that decision. I kid you not when I tell you that it’s been several days and my back is still killing me. Of all the hotels I’ve stayed at in my life, this is by far the worst bed I’ve had the displeasure of trying to sleep on. ”
