“From the time that I arrived they ensure that I have the best stay possible front desk Andy is very kind and accommodating any concern's he get's right on it and makes sure the guest is happy with their stay there is a very nice breakfast in the lower level waffles bagels fruit yogurt and bacon or sausage plenty to choose from needing lunch or dinner many restaurants close by including Mirch Masala right in the hotel with a bar should you need to unwind after a long day at work or travel many grocery stores Stop &shop or Wal-Mart right across the street real close to Mystic and many other attractions. I am always happy with my stay!! ”

“Excellent service we arrived late and service was impeccable. Check in was seamless and the room was exactly how I wanted my wife loved her birthday surprise of cheesecake and wine. Nice change to the restaurant we wish the menu didn't change but it was still good and we also got see some of the same restaurant staff from previous years. Will definitely be back again. Thank you again for an excellent stay 🙏 ”

“Very clean, well kept Hilton Garden Inn. Comfortable bed, good a/c, good bathroom. Breakfast was made to order and good although waitress was overwhelmed and service was slow. The price was high but I assume this is because it was the summer season and all hotel options in this area were overpriced as well. Very close to us coast guard academy and convenient to downtown Mystic. Staff generally very friendly. ”

“Bed was good. Staff was nice. Came with a fridge pretty big tv and microwave. I’ve been to other cheap spots close by and this has the most for your money and was the cleanest”
