I walked into the room, and was surprised by it's size. It was clean and very large.

Our king bed room was filthy! Stains on furniture. The bed had spiders on it. We left

The location is well-carpeted in the hallways, and in the room I stayed in. One can have items delivered to reception, but they might be left on the other side of a window. The front desk is available at all hours, but one might have to ring for someone to come-up to the window in the evenings. There is a spacious entry area, which has a public computer available for looking up information. I liked that the air-conditioning-and-heating unit of the room I stayed-in, could be switched between "degrees Fahrenheit" and "degrees Celsius". [Location] The Inn is located near enough to small convenience stores, and quite close by automobile to grocery stores like Stop & Shop and Walmart, and also Big Y and New China Asian Market. I had an "assistive transport device" (2-wheeled electric scooter), and could travel the one-way trip of approximately 3.5 km (1.75 mi) in approximately 10-minutes. If you obtain a room with electric stove as well as microwave, this can be quite convenient. There are also fast food restaurants along route 12 and US Highway 1. [Exterior Grounds and Accessibility for Assistive Transport Devices] i) There are ramps at some locations, but it would be helpful to have a ramp nearest the main entrance where building reception is, for easier unloading of electric scooters, bicycles, and assistive transport devices. ii) The parking lot paving has potholes and bumps near the entrances, but they were not too severe. Hopefully, they can be smoothed out. iii) Additionally, the exterior doors that are furthest from building reception, could be improved by keycard access. [Interior Building Improvements] a) The door-locks (in 2024 June) were of the "slide-the-keycard-to-unlock" style, which can be more difficult if one is dealing with grocery bags, shopping bags, and an electric scooter. It might be good to consider the "wave-the-card-to-unlock" style of door-lock. b) Additionally, it would be helpful if there were ways to bring electric scooters, bicycles, and assistive transport devices to the upper floor. Some options could be a pulley-lift operated by electric winch, or motorized-stair lift, or an motorized-stair dolly (the manual ones tend to have a pair of triple-wheels that are easier to pull-up each step of a staircase). [Room Itself] The hotel has bedroom suites, which include an unfolding couch. The suite was quite comfortable, and clean, with good closet space for the entry area, as well as for the bedroom. The television in the room was older, with YPbPr female connectors for audio-visual connection (and did not have HDMI inputs), so bring-or-obtain an HDMI-to-YPbPr adaptor appropriate for your equipment, if you have a similar television in the room you obtain. I am not sure if all the rooms are equipped with the same kind of television. 1) One issue seemed to be with the cranks for the windows: a) Either the cranks themselves were cracked, which would cause them to allow swinging windows to open (but then the cracked cranks would not allow the windows to be cranked shut), or b) the window "arm" that pushes the windows open (and pulls the window shut), was not attached to some windows: so the window could be cranked open, but one had to pull the window shut (after removing the window screen). 2) Another issue was the old refrigerator, which was set into the counter of room 109: it did not work, and yet had not been removed. A separate free-standing refrigerator that worked was in the room. - It would be better for the non-functioning refrigerator to be removed from the room, and if possible, to place a sliding or rolling refrigerator into the spot, where the non-functioning refrigerator is (2024 June). 3) The freezer portions of the refrigerators often ice-up, and need to be defrosted. - It would be helpful, to have an ice "chisel" - even a "metal cake slicer" would work - that housekeeping or guests could use to help bring frost from the freezer to the sink or bathtub. 4) In room 109, the shelf ab

I have stayed here several times already. It provides very good value for the money. It is clean, very spacious, and comfortable. Rooms have a microwave and a fridge
